The conditions below apply to every distance agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer. The conditions below apply to the Cardwallet website, as well as to all other platforms that are property of the Vmaro holding
1. Application of the General Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions define the relationships between each user of the websitewww.cardwallet.eu,. These terms and conditions are the only ones that are valid. They replace all other terms and conditions, with the exception of the entrepreneur's express written exception received in advance.
Every order by a customer implies a silent and unconditional agreement with the current General Terms and Conditions. Clauses of a customer who accompany an order and that contradict or add a new element to the Terms and Conditions are not accepted.
2. Sales on the website of Cardwallet
All items are new unless otherwise specified in the product descriptions.
3. Shipping address
The shipping address is the address that you specify when ordering where the goods must be delivered. If you still want a different delivery address, you must state this in the remark field when you place the order. If the buyer provides a non-existent or incorrect shipping address and the purchased items have to be resent for this reason, the shipping cost for resending is always for the buyer.

The prices on the Cardwallet websites are the current prices in €. The prices in mailings may deviate from this due to price changes that were made after the mailings were printed.
As long as no agreement has been reached, Cardwallet has the authority to change the prices and conditions.

5. Payment terms
With the exception of special conditions:
Cash payment upon collection.
Payment before shipment, either by bank transfer or via the secured networks of Mollie.

Please notice that in any case of a refund/cancellation of an order payed with paypal or credit cards happens with the reduction of the transaction fees of the chosen payment provider
4. Availability of the products
The products on the website are available while stocks last. On the website an indication is given for the availability of a product when an order is placed. This is merely an indication. All deviations from this indication are beyond the control of Cardwallet. Cardwallet cannot be held responsible for these deviations.
If the indication of a product says that it is available and yet it appears that it is not, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible. If it appears that the waiting time is more than 30 calendar days, you can cancel the order and the amount already paid will be refunded.
When an item is ordered that is no longer in stock and it appears that it can no longer be delivered within an acceptable period, the buyer will be notified. This will result in a cancellation of the order. Apart from the reimbursement of the amount already paid for this order, there are no further obligations for Cardwallet.
5.Shipping and Delivery
Cardwallet selects the way products are shipped. The customer must ensure that the products are in good condition upon receipt and must report any objections within the statutory period. The customer is required to provide proof of any missing or defect.
Cardwallet makes every effort to deliver on time, but cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by late delivery.
If an order contains both items that are in stock and items that are not in stock, the order will only be sent when all products are available.
6.Right of withdrawal/ Remote selling
The right of withdrawal or cancellation does not apply to buyers who purchase products for business or professional use.
The customer has the right to cancel the purchase without payment of a fine and without giving a reason, provided that Cardwallet is informed by letter or e-mail (customerservice@cardwallet.eu) within a period of 14 working days from the day following the day of the delivery of the product.
The goods must be returned in the original packaging.
For the exercise of his right of withdrawal or cancellation, the costs for returning the products is the responsibility of the customer.
The buyer bears responsibility for the return shipment of the goods until receipt at Cardwallet.

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal or cancellation, Cardwallet will make a refund of the amounts already paid by the customer, minus the costs that Cardwallet has already incurred for this order (for example shipping costs). The reimbursement takes place within fourteen days following the day of receipt of the return.
7.Retention of title
Delivered items remain the property of Cardwallet until all (payment) obligations have been met. This applies to all obligations for which the law allows the retention of title.
Cardwallet is irrevocable and without the required notice of default authorized to take back the items that remained the property of Cardwallet (or have them taken).
8. Resolutive condition of sale
In consultation with Cardmarket, a sale can be dissolved as an exception. However, the costs incurred must always be paid by the customer.
9. Fine for late payment
In accordance with the applicable laws and regulations, a fine and negligence interest apply to any sum that is not paid within the legally stipulated period. The fine is 20% of the invoice amount. The interest amounts to 12% on an annual basis and is applicable from the date of delivery of the products.
